RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At EVER MORE, we hope you love every piece you receive.

While we do not offer refunds for delivered orders, eligible items may be exchanged for another item of equal value, subject to product availability and inspection.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Have all original tags attached

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.

If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be offered in an amount equal to the value of the approved return.

EVER MORE reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
